Photosynthesis – EXCLUSIVE
A spectator signs a card. They’re given an undeveloped photograph to hold. The card is lost back in the deck. Before their astonished eyes they watch as the photograph develops into an image of a hand holding their signed card.
Photosynthesis is a powerful way to reveal a word, an image or a signed card.
No camera required. Comes complete with the Photosynthesis gimmick and a 24 minute instructional DVD including several routines.
Photosynthesis is a utility prop you can use to make startling revelations. It looks like an ordinary undeveloped instant photograph but will reveal anything you like including words, cards, images and even signatures.

Hook
Andrew Mayne presents an evil twist on a classic shock magic effect:
Phase 1: Demonstrate your ability to control pain by piercing a fish hook through your skin.
Phase 2: Display your uncanny ability to control your blood flow by moving the hook around without a single drop of blood.
Phase 3: Rip the fish hook from you flesh and appear to heal instantaneously in a supernatural manner.
…All of this takes place while the spectator holds on to one end of the hook.
Hook is Andrew Mayne’s devious update to the classic needle through arm effect. Shove an unprepared fish hook through your arm while a spectator holds on to one end of it at all time. For a disturbing finale, you rip the fish hook straight out of your arm completely unharmed.
Includes step-by-step instructions and special handling instructions.
DVD running time 30 minutes

Ghost Vision Viewer
Available in the iTunes App Store for just $.99
Use the Ghost Vision Viewer to find out if there’s paranormal or supernatural activity going on:
Radar: Maps out points in space and tells you if a highly improbable and potentially paranormal event is taking place.
Imager: Creates an image from random “noise”.
Word generator: Find out what messages are being sent to you via this randomizer.
PK Detector: Is there a physical entity near you? Use the PK detector to find out. It used the accelerometer and touch screen to map out any unusual forces.
Arrow: Use the arrow as a paranormal compass to point towards high weirdness.
Yes/No: Think there’s something that wants to make contact? Use the Yes/No function to ask questions.
The Ghost Vision Viewer is based upon the same kind of random systems parapsychology labs use to detect paranormal events. Unlike EMF and EVP detectors, it’s not as prone towards false positives and user interference.
Currently there’s no credible scientific evidence for the paranormal. But maybe you can be the first to find it!

Stain/Shiv
What is Stain/Shiv? It’s my latest DVD featuring two disturbing effects…
Shiv
This has been a featured part of my lecture and a favorite part of my stage routine. It’s a deadly Russian Roulette style effect you perform with an audience member. A different version of this appeared in my DVD Maynia. This is a new version with important touches and handling.
A sharpened pencil is placed into one of four envelopes and then mixed up. A spectator is given a completely free choice. One-by-one, three envelopes are smashed into the heart, stomach and other vital areas of either you or the spectator – to no harm. The last envelope is ripped open to reveal the sharpened pencil.
This effect works great on stage and is also a twisted party effect. Set-up is a very easy and it can even be performed impromptu. It’s a very dramatic routine that fits into a #10 envelope. I take it with me everywhere.
Stain
I came up with this effect when I wanted a really creepy way to do a revelation of thought of word or image. This effect was inspired by watching Japanese horror films. I wanted to create visual moment when a prediction was revealed as if by supernatural forces.
Your prediction is a bag containing a dark colored liquid (blood?). A spectator makes a choice of a word or a famous person to think about. A piece of paper is dropped into the bag and it’s given a shake. The liquid drips away revealing the thought of image or word. You can then give the bag and revelation away as a dark memento.
It’s a very easy to perform effect and works on stage or up close. Including a several fool-proof practical forces.
Stain/Shiv is a 65 minute DVD describing both effects in detail.
